This econometric study covers the latent demand outlook for wood fence pickets, posts, and rails assembled into fence sections across the states and cities of the United States. Latent demand (in millions of U.S. dollars), or potential industry earnings (P.I.E.) estimates are given across some 12,800 cities in the United States. For each city in question, the percent share the city is of it's state and of the United States is reported. These comparative benchmarks allow the reader to quickly gauge a city vis-a-vis others. This statistical approach can prove very useful to distribution and/or sales force strategies. Using econometric models which project fundamental economic dynamics within each state and city, latent demand estimates are created for wood fence pickets, posts, and rails assembled into fence sections. This report does not discuss the specific players in the market serving the latent demand, nor specific details at the product level. The study also does not consider short-term cyclicalities that might affect realized sales. The study, therefore, is strategic in nature, taking an aggregate and long-run view, irrespective of the players or products involved.

This econometric study covers the world outlook for wood fence pickets, posts, and rails assembled into fence sections across more than 200 countries. For each year reported, estimates are given for the latent demand, or potential industry earnings (P.I.E.), for the country in question (in millions of U.S. dollars), the percent share the country is of the region and of the globe. These comparative benchmarks allow the reader to quickly gauge a country vis-à-vis others. Using econometric models which project fundamental economic dynamics within each country and across countries, latent demand estimates are created. This report does not discuss the specific players in the market serving the latent demand, nor specific details at the product level. The study also does not consider short-term cyclicalities that might affect realized sales. The study, therefore, is strategic in nature, taking an aggregate and long-run view, irrespective of the players or products involved. This study does not report actual sales data (which are simply unavailable, in a comparable or consistent manner in virtually all of the 230 countries of the world). This study gives, however, my estimates for the worldwide latent demand, or the P.I.E., for wood fence pickets, posts, and rails assembled into fence sections. It also shows how the P.I.E. is divided across the world's regional and national markets. For each country, I also show my estimates of how the P.I.E. grows over time (positive or negative growth). In order to make these estimates, a multi-stage methodology was employed that is often taught in courses on international strategic planning at graduate schools of business.

Fence Installation Tips: Layout and Digging Post Holes

Lowe's home improvement expert, Mike Kraft, demonstrates how to properly layout your new fencing and how to dig post holes. First, make some batterboards to support the fencing layout strings. Then, drive the batterboard into the ground to start the fence layout, usually at the corner of a house or hardscape feature. Use mason's string to mark the line where the fence posts will be set. Also, make sure to account for rails and pickets when lining up with the edge of your house. Then, measure for each section of your fence, using batterboards and mason's string to mark the layout. Lastly, review your layout and adjust for full panels. After reviewing, you can drive stakes into the positions where your fence posts will be installed. Mike Kraft then shows the next step in the installation process, digging fence post holes. First, mark the center for the first post on the ground. It should be set back half the width of the post from the string. Then, you can begin digging the fence post holes along your layout. If you need extra help digging a post hole, try using a power earth auger. The power auger is an easy and effective way to create new fence post holes. Horikita Maki & Seto Koji: Loveless [Trailer]

Staring: Horikita Maki Seto Koji Loveless [luhv-lis] (adj.): Without any love, feeling no love. Receiving no love; unloved. Koji lived in a cold, dark, and dismal world without a sense of feeling or hope. He would stumble and lose his way through that forsaken place of potholes and snake pits and the picket fences that blocked his paths and the large brick walls that would shatter his confidence when they stood in the doorways. He was born into that world, not loving anyone so that he couldnt be controlled by anyone. Living freely and lonely, by himself. It wasn't until Horikita Maki had intruded into his dark world and began to show him that even the smallest source of light could fight away a vast sea of darkness. One may have had the feeling that their encounter was caused by fate...It could not have just been a mere coincidence. **ALL SUBTITLES ARE FAKE, THE AUDIO DOES NOT TRANSLATE INTO THE SUBTITLED TEXT!** DISCLAIMER:THIS VIDEO IS PURELY FAN-MADE AND IS IN NO WAY ASSOCIATED WITH THE MUSICAL ARTIST OR ANIME COMPANY IN ANY WAY.
